 Never mind your hourly  rate. I would strongly suggest you rethink your entire profile first.

You really, really can not offer translations from your native language into English...

To edit your rate Go To Find Work > Profile

Hover your mouse cursor near the current rate and click the pencil icon that appears like this

Go to your profile. Hover over the information you want to change and wait for the pencil symbol.
