So, do I have this correct?  You defrauded a company, and now you are asking the same company for its help in "fixing" this situation for you, now that everything has gone south? (And, by the way, the fact that this collusion to commit fraud went bad on you and the other guy was a surprise to you? Why?)

 

Oh, yes... And along the way you are being very sniffy about the company's support system.
