Could you please confirm which Hubspot certificates you are trying to add? Currently Upwork only supports the following certificates from Hubspot: 

• Hubspot Marketing Software Certification 
• Hubspot Contextual Marketing Certification 
• Hubspot Design Certification 
• Hubspot Agency Partner Certification 
• Hubspot Inbound Certification
