Why does UpWorks not have a way to call them?? A friend of mine added me to her contracts so I could help her with her job post and review potential applicants. Today i received notification that I was billed for her contractor. I never authorized this so I don't understand how it could have happened. More importantly, this contract isn't showing up in my account as my contract so i have no way of disputing the charge. Need to resolve this asap and no way to contact anyone!!!
It looks like you have a contract with a freelancer on your own client account that you're using to post this question. Please, log into your account, click on the icon in the upper right corner to make sure you navigate to the account under your name, and go here to view the contract, here to view your transactions and here to manage your payment methods.
