I was unable to submit a proposal to a US Based job as a US Based Freelancer

Hi,

when trying to submit a proposal for a US based job, as a US based freelancer I am getting this message: 

"Unfortunately, you cannot submit a proposal for this job post. The client specified location that is outside your current location."

Since I am a US based Freelancer I am able to see this job, so It doesn't make sense that I can't submit a proposal based on my current location.
