Good morning - Yesterday I created a new account with Upwork, and when I provided an iPhone picture of my driver's license I received an email telling me that the system was unable to authenticate my ID and that an indefinite hold has been placed on my account. The email doesn't include any information on why my ID was rejected or any instructions on how to resolve this issue. Can someone please help? Thank you!
