Dear Community memebers,
I got a new job yesterday and Upwork asked to verify by video call.
I'd done the verification yesterday but never thought Upwork stopped my account and said there was an irregular activity?
Really curious about the reason why Upwork is saying me there was an irregular activity on my account.
Is it because the name on Upwork profile and ID is different.
I explained about this in the step of first verification and Upwork replied that was completely OK and told me the steps to follow.
But why did they ask again to verify and just stopped the service?
Please help me to solve the current issue.
