I am excited to start finding work on Upwork, however I am unable to until my account gets verified. My ID wasn unable to be verified and I was hoping there is some other way that my account can be verified. Would I be able to do the video verification? Is there a number I can call to make this process run a bit faster?

If you have any problem wit your documents, they will reply with specific reason. Try different one with photo like passport or Driving Liscence.
