ID autorization problem because of billing method

I add as billing method card of my husband, because i live in his country (Palestine) and i don’t work here that’s why i am not allowed to get my own VISA card. And after i had to do authorization of my ID, and i can’t do that because name copied from billing method but not from my profile, but i read information that ID name and picture has ro be the same like on profile. So i don’t know what to do and which ID to confirm. My Name is Nataliia Kiriunina but the name copied from billing information is Mohammad Ahmad (husband’s name)

Users can add a billing method that is issued on another name once they have completed the verification they will be able to use it.

But, please keep in mind that freelancers can add a payment method that is issued on their name or their name is listed as a beneficiary name on the account. If you have any additional questions let me know, thank you.
