ID verification shows another name which doesnot exist in my profile

With due to respect  it reget to inform you that   in id verfication process it shows stranger name which is not on my profile name . i also attached along with jpeg of this as show on screen kindly sort out this in meantime .So i could verify my account  however i start and saved job kindly concern on it its pleasure for me  thank you .
