ID verification

Hello . I have a question I've got a notification about Identity ( ID) Verification I click "Get started" and I see my first and last name and I have to write my date of birth .I wrote it , wrote corectly but nothing happens I can't press "Next" and can't do anything .

What can I do with that ?
