ID verified but account still suspended

It has past several days since my account got suspended. Upwork already have verifified my ID and sent me a message that "...I'm good to go." I already requested why this is happening and sent all the documents upwork support team requested.

Your account won't ever be "good to go" without a real photo of yourself as the profile pic.

Alright then, thanks. But, upwork could just explicity tell me that additional info.

Right, but its my past real photo.ok  i can apply for changce my profile photo

My account is still suspended after my ID has been verified and I have my picture as profile picture
