Id & video verification

Hi just ten days ago i had a id verification i passed it from 2nd time ( bill was not good 1st time) and then like today i had a video verification my ticket says is solved but i cant send proposals in mean time i landed 2 jobs for one my payment is pending for second i'm in progress of working. So i dont really know when my profile will be functional again. Thanks.
