Identification error

Hi everybody

When I try to submit a proposal,  a new window opens showing me that "Thank you for completing your Upwork verification upload. Please allow 3-4 business days for your verification to be processed." while i have not uploaded any document

please help

Hi Adiba,

I have looked into your account and found that you have tried to send in your documents way back 2015 but was not completed previously. That's why the system is generating that message. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi Adiba,

Thanks for reaching out. Are you referring to "Identity Verified" badge? If so, at this time, only invited freelancers are eligible to get the “Identity Verified” badge, though we do plan to expand this program in the future. When you become eligible, we will notify you when you log into your Upwork account.
