Hi,
I was asked to verifiy my identity before withdrawing funds. I've tried to upload my drive licence a few times but always tell me there's technical issue.
Error Message:
We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute.
Has anyone got the same issue? What shall I do about this?

Please also know that you need to verify your payment method. Go to your Settings page > Get Paid > and click on the verify now button to verify your payment method.
