Identity Verification Problem

Hello, the Identity Verification is not working for me. It asks me to set up a whole new profile, whereas I’ve already got one and I can’t submit my phone number anywhere

Hi Sophia, 


It doesn't look like you are being requested to setup a new profile. Do you have any screengrab where this is showing for you? I also checked your account and can see that you already have contacted our team regarding your verification.
