I am verifying identy through govt. id but i am getting this message continuously " We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."
Please help
How can i verified my identification ?

I am from india and i used Voter ID and Pan Card But I am getting same message. In my profile , showing "

Verify your Identity by 07/24/2019 UTC to continue winning jobs on Upwork." 

Please Help

Hi

I have been trying to complete identity video verification since 22nd May and have until 29th - In 3 days time and then I cannot apply for opportunities.

When I click on START CHAT it just takes me back to my profile page.

PLEASE could someone help with this. I am paying to use UpWork and so far, not enjoying the frustration!!
