Identity Verification not confirmed

I upload my document about a month ago and still those are not verified. Anytime i go to apply for a job at upwork they show me that " Thankyou for completinng your upwark verification upload. Please allow 3-4 bussiness day to proceed with your verification".
please let me know what i can do next so that i get started at upwork.
please help me out.
