Identity Verification

Getting this error

 

"We had some trouble verifying your ID The name on your ID doesn’t match the name on your Upwork account. Go back and edit the name on your account so it matches your ID."

 

I have opened two support tickets, one was closed and now the other is in limbo.

So I tried to upload my ID again and recieved the same error I got yesterday before opening the ticket.  

 

I replied to the support ticket multiple times and I am not receiving any response from support.  I can't even open a new ticket.  I keep being sent here.

 

How do I resolve this issue! 

Where is support?

I want to use this site, but there seems to be little to no support.

 

Is there an email to contact support or a phone number.  Is there more than one person supporting this site? I can not understand how a new user can go on three days without being able to complete the registration process!!

 

PLEASE HELP!
