Identity verification issue

Hello, I have sent my ID card picture for Identity verification and it's 5 days passed and still no response. Also I can't  see identity verification in left menu of my setting. Where it's been gone ?

is it some setting issue ?

I checked and can see that your verification has passed, which is why you no longer see the option in your account settings.
