Identity verification

Hi,

I am facing some problem during document verification.

As Upwork asks for a billing statement or other utility bills as part of their Identity verification process.
I have submitted my ID proof but I have issue with other verification document as all the utility bills are on my father's name.
And in my billing statement my address is not mentioned. 
I currently find myself in that situation. So please let me know what can I do.

Is there any way to get out of this situation?
