If I pass only one step of Identity Verification Process, what will happen?

Hi,

If I pass one step of the Identity Verification Process of my account and the other one is left, what will happen with my account?

The passed step is video verification.

Please help.

Hi Shehroz,

If Freelancer does not pass the verification process within 7 days from receiving the notification, their accounts will be placed on hold. The hold will prevent freelancers from withdrawing earnings, submitting proposals to new jobs, accepting direct hires, or showing up in search results. The hold will not affect your ability to work on existing contracts.

Once you successfully pass the verification process, this hold will be removed. Please check this help article for more information.
