If I place low bit for success?

Hello everyone on this UpWork Community..
I'm beginner on Upwork. I can't get any job yet..
My profile was 100% completed.. my portfolio has been updated..

There is no more question about profile/skills. I've enough experience with my current skills.. but I can't get any jobs..

So I decided, I'll applied low bit on upwork..

Now Final and main Question: If I applied 40/70% hire rated clients posted jobs with low bit then is there any change to suspand my new account?

Suspension directly connected with the jobs applied versus the contracts awarded.

So I think only apply on the jobs that can be done and you are fully confident upon.
