Hello everyone. I would like to update my email address on this account. Unfortunately, the new address is already registered and I don't understand why. In addition to this, the address that is mistakenly registered, is then not recognized for a new login.
So: the email address is already in use if I want to use it to update the old one, but unknown if I want to use it for login.
It is a big problem for my work. Thank you
