Hello. I am an newbie in hourly contracts... Week has ended and all my earned money got status "In Review". I asked a client to approve a payment, but he says that money has sent  automatically. What's the truth? What we have to do? Please help.

Your client is correct, they are automatically billed for the time you log on Monday the following week. Please read more about our weekly billing cycle, Hourly Payment Protection and click on the question mark above the payment on your Overview page for more details.

The client is right. His payment method was charged today. He then has until Friday to dispute any time. If no dispute the money will be available to you after the security hold.

Thank you. In Fixed Price, 5-day security period was in Pending...
