In Which technology very fewer number of Freelancers are submitting their proposals

I am new to Upwork and I saw lots of experience developers are present on famous technology on upwork. I want to know in which technologies very fewer developers are submitting their proposals. So that my chances to get the project will improve.

I believe Upwork has produced a list on top ten technologies.  Do a google.  But it is my recollection that Machine Learning, Natural Language processing, React.js and those things were top.
