Inability to submit proposals

No matter what the proposal, I get the same notification:

 

"Sorry, we're unable to save your application."

 

I've tried using two separate browsers, Safari and Chrome. No luck. 

 

I've been able to submit proposals in the past. 

 

Any ideas? Thank you!

I'm sorry about your experience! I checked this for you and on our end and was not able to replicate the issue you are experiencing. Hi Bojan,

 

I've both cleared my cache and tried a different browser. I still can't submit a proposal. Is it because I've changed my location? I've recently moved to a different country.

All is well. I had to re-enter my address information. The Android app gave me the specific reason why things weren't working on my end.
