No matter what the proposal, I get the same notification:
"Sorry, we're unable to save your application."
I've tried using two separate browsers, Safari and Chrome. No luck.
I've been able to submit proposals in the past.

I've both cleared my cache and tried a different browser. I still can't submit a proposal. Is it because I've changed my location? I've recently moved to a different country.
