Inactive Payoneer card

Hello Upwork,

I activated my Payoneer card but on my Upwork profile when I'm trying to get paid it says that the card is Inactive.
How can I solve this issue?

Hi Ivana,

Please complete the W-8BEN form under Settings> Tax Info, which purpose is to

confirm you're not a US taxpayer. You can use your own legal name as it appears in your passport or other official documents. This should activate your payment method.
