Incorrect Profile Name

Hi All - My user id was used by someone to add a profile name - Abu **Edited for Community Guidelines** - which is not my name and I have been trying change it to my real name - Nishat **Edited for Community Guidelines** (I can all kinds of documentary evidence of it).

I have tried Help Center several times but there is no response and no help. I am unable to start my usage of Upworh without this change.
