Initial Profile Activiation

I, on behalf of my husband**Edited for community guidelines**, posting this question. He has created his profile on 11-Jul 04:00 A.M IST. However as on time 13-Jul 12:30 A.M still the profile reads as its under review. However no emails received from upwork as approved or declined. Not able to post question if he logs into the community. New post is disabled.
