Invalid Card number

Error is occurring while I'm setting up my debit for billing purpose, although my card is activated stillit's showing me a error message. can anyone help and resolve my issue?

Debit cards are accepted on upwork I guess, on top right corner you can clearly see a option where it is written "Credit or Debit card". screenshot is attached above, have a look.

Debit card is accepted(only card that support $$ transection ) but no gift cards/payoneer/virtual card/local back card that does not support $$ transections .
