Hello, recently I have received an invitation to the interview but cannot accept it due to an error.

The error message:  Something went wrong, please try again

I have attached the console error with schreenshot

I have tried with Safari, Chrome, Brave, also on mobile and Firefox.

 p.s. I am using a new m1 chip-based MacBook if this reason for the problem. But the problem exists on the mobile app too
