Invoices - In USD or Local Currency?

Hi there,

I'm the bookkeeper for a company that has just begun using Upwork.

I need to know if Upwork Invoices are in USD or Local Currency.

The person who forwards me the invoices doesn't know, and I'm a little confused by the stock answer given by Upwork's Chatbot, which is:

"

Prices on Upwork are always in U.S. Dollars (USD). Only the billing to your card will be converted to your local currency. 

"

I need to know if "Prices on Upwork" includes the prices stated on Upwork invoices (not Credit Card Statements).

Thank you for your message. Yes, all invoices are generated in the US Dollars currency.
