Is Upwork real?

I've been a member for almost two months and paying memeber for three weeks. Not a single proposal has been opened and I can not find anyway to contact Upwork's customer service or tech support. Is anyone else expereincing similar issues? Follow up, has anyone actually booked and/or got paid from a project with Upwork? Thank you

Yes. Upwork is real.

More useful for some people than others.

Some skills are in more demand than others. You are trying to work in very crowded fields. Makes it much harder to get established.
