Is an agency the right thing for me?

Hello Everyone,

I want to make money by using my (global) network of talented people

who can use a drone very well for upwork jobs. I search for these people

and link them to jobs.

I already read the agency info ...

But I am wondering if it's possible to do this in a quickly manner? These people will probably do one quick

job and that's it (since I'll look for mainly jobs in their area). Or do they have to make and get reviewed for an account?

Because this will slow down my process, I am wondering if I can just use a free-lancer account and then let someone else do the job (Or is this illegal?)

Thanks!

Frankly, No.

Every freelancer in your agency has to be reviewed and approved.

Being an agency freelancer puts you at a disadvantage as so many clients will not consider touching agency freelancers and delete their proposals unread.

You have zero jobs.  Why would someone will join an agency (fancy name for a farmer).  You sure you are from Netherlands?
