Yes.

It is NOT against Upwork rules to share contact information with clients.

But YOU set your own rules.

Some freelancers share this information. Some do not.

If you DO share information, you don't need to share your prime contact information. You can share (for example) a project-specific email address or an Upwork-only email address... instead of your prime email address.
