Hi I'm new and I have two questions.
1 I have given some jobs to do (some texts to write) in case they are not going well, how, is it possible to refuse them and not lose money?
2 do I send the brief to write the text by message or is there another method?
thanks a lot

Edited as I re-read and now understand you're a client. You can canel the contract at any time if it's not working out with the freelancer. You can also request a refund, but I strongly suggest if the freelancer has spent time doing the work and has delivered something to you that you pay accordingly. It doesn't have to be for the entire project.

I guess I still don't quite get this question. You can communicate on or off the platform.
