Is possible to have a client and freelance profiles at the same time?

Currently I have a freelancer profile, but in some cases I have some requirements here in my location out of experience, so I want to publish these oportunities into upwork. 

What I need to do? Open a different account? or is possible to have both profiles (Freelancer and Client)
