Is there anything wrong with my profile?

I have had my account for a year now, although I did take a break for a while.

I recently revamped my page and also added more info to help my qualifications. In the last couple of days, I also became a PLUS member to see if it will help me get jobs, It did not...

I'm curious what I am doing wrong?

I have submitted over 30+ proposals and I have not gotten a bite on anything.

I'm looking for tips and tricks or help

Unfortunately you chose a difficult time to reenter the UW pool.

There appear to be many, many FLs (including very experienced ones) in your same predicament.

As for your profile-

You may want to consider revising your profile copy one more time as, at present, it's quite dry and also contains some small grammar/syntax errors that can be easily corrected.
