Issue Processing Milestone Payments

Hey! I'm having an issue with one of the freelancers I've hired not receiving one of their milestone payments. It says it was processed and distributed on my end, but for them it is still pending. Is this normal and the payment will process at a certain date?

Hi Douglas,

 

When a client releases a milestone payment, it goes through a 5-day security period. During the 5-day security period, it gives the system time to process and clear the payments. Please share this article with your freelancer for more information about Fixed-Price Protection.
