Issue with Accepting an Invitation to Interview

I received an invitation to interview.  I accepted it.  The client wanted to conduct the interview using Google hangouts, which we did. When I tried to respond on Upwork to Accept Proposal, I cannot submit it.  I get an red exclamation point and it says "This is not an invitation". What should I do? I hate to not respond but cannot.

Unfortunately, the job you're referring to has been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork ToS and action has been taken on the client account.
