Issue with Rising Talent Page

I clicked a few reccomended links and was taken at first to a quiz to determine whether or not I was ready to try and enter the Rising Talent page. After passing the test, I was taken to a page with a list of categories, but when I clicked on a category, it took me to a page quickly then immediately redirected me back to the page where all the categories were. I'm thinking this may be a bug in the system, or perhaps I need to do something first to unlock the categories.
