Issues completing my profile

Hi, I am trying to fill out my profile but the drop down menu does not appear when I start typing the name of the city I live in, which is Windhoek, Namibia

Neither does the drop down menu for choosing an degree work, under education history

Someone please help

Hi Alicia,

I see that you have successfully added your city in your user settings.

If you are still unable to add your degree because a drop down menu does not appear, kindly try clearing your cache and cookies and also checking to see whether you are able to add the degree from another browser. If none of these suggestions resolves the problem, then please reach back out so we can assist further. Note that if it's a certification that you would like to add, that is not currently available in the list, you can suggest it as a certification to be considered in the future as outlined here.
