It appears I´ve already taken the test but I haven´t

Hi,

So, I want to take the Adobe Photoshop Test but when I click to start the test it appears a message saying I have already taken the test and can´t repeat it for another 3 months... But I haven´t made the test and there is no former grade to this test - obviously, because I haven´t taken it!!!!

Help please, because the contact form isn´t working.
