Take my best regards. Does it effect on JSS if there are some jobs which is in progress section for long time (more than 4 months) and there is no money transaction? Thanks in advance!

If there has been nothing EVER paid on the contract then yes, it will (already) hurt your JSS.

If you have received money under that contraact at some point and you don't have a lot of such contracts, then they have no impact for better or for worse at all.
