Job Success Score + Rising Talent

Very new to Upwork and have 2 questions:

I have had two jobs with 5 star ratings from flat fee projects. Super happy clients.

1-My Rising Talent ranking has vanished

2-Upwork says I do not qualify for projects cause my Job Success Score is below 90%

I am pretty sure I am batting 100%. 

What is the deal and how can this be corrected?

The issue I am having is that when I try to bid for jobs now, the listing says I do not qualify because of these issues and therefore, I cannot get new work.

Miles,

This isn't the reason for not getting new work. You can apply for the job even if you do not qualify for that. You are supposed to write an attaractive proposal and attach mind-blowing samples with your application. The attractiveness in the proposal can make you win the job even if you don't meet all the requirements.
