Job closed but connects not refunded

Hi,

I'm new to Upwork and as I understand, connects are supposed to be refunded when a job I submitted a proposal for is closed without hiring as long as I do not withdraw the proposal. However, it seems my connects have not been refunded (it's been a few hours since I found job closed) so I was wondering whether there was an issue or does it take time before the connects are refunded?
