Job completed successfully Dropdown when feedback

Hello Upwork

i am new at upwork. i have complete my job succesfully but when i am going to close my contract by mistake i have clicked job completed unsuccesfully.

my question is

is this effected to my job succcess rate ?

is this effected to my profile ?

can i change the value of this dropdown ?

what can i need to do now ?

even client send me the messages i am happy with your work why you close your contract with job complete unsuccessfully.

But what is the solution for this problem. how can i change this freedback.

even client also want to change this feedback you can see in the attatched file.

 There IS no problem. Your "reason to end contract" does not affect you.
