Job expiry

Hey, so I started at Upwork around a week and a half back. I've since applied to a few jobs, some of which have expired but others I have no response to. I'm wondering for the ones I applied to 9 days back let's say, when does this job expire then? Do I get refunded the connects for this? How do I know if the client has chosen someone else, and if they have, shouldn't I be notified about it? And if they haven't chosen someone, when does the job expire so I can get the connects back?

Hi Sakshi,

A job post will expire after 30 days if there's no activity on the job post. Connects are refunded only when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service.

To see if a client has hired anybody on the job post, you can open your proposal > click on View Job > and it the Activity section you can see how many freelancers have applied, are being interviewed and if anyone has been hired. Thank you.
