Job fulltime under EP & Fiver

Hello I am currently working as fulltime contract in Singapore; I have a visa EP and I would like to do extra hours as a freelancer for another company based in Hong Kong. Is this legally possible? Do I need to do something specific on my side as I dont have a freelancer statut? What would be the statut of the money I will earn via upwork? Is it taxable? Thanks
